Manyisa’s value on the market.

Pirates definitely want to retain their best player

Orlando Pirates Ace ,Oupa
Manyisa’s value on the market.
In the meantime, Mamelodi Sundowns is hovering in the horizon, waiting to snap up Manyisa and hand him a five-year contract that will move him into the bracket of the top five earners in the PSL – a list which currently has three Brazilian players and two from Kaizer Chiefs.
It is no secret that Pirates definitely want to retain their best player, but the big question is whether Bucs are willing to offer him a deal that will make him the highest earner at the club.
Though Pirates have vastly increased the 26 year-old’s earnings since his arrival at the club in 2008 from the Africa Youth Development Academy, he is still not amongst the League’s top earners, despite having been amongst the top performers over the last three years.

Manyisa’s value on the market has skyrocketed based on the fact that he has been Pirates’ most consistent performer since 2011, starting 132 games of the 149 that Bucs have played since the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
Having played 51 of the 53 games for Pirates during last season’s marathon campaign, he was a deserving recipient of all awards he took at the club’s end-of-season awards. He has also already played all 12 matches so far this season.

Preliminary talks between Pirates and Manyisa’s management team are said to have already started, but there is nothing solid as yet to suggest that the Bafana Bafana midfielder is definitely staying, which is why Sundowns are watching with interest, ready to lure their target.
Pirates boss Irvin Khoza is handling this matter on behalf of the club.

Mamelodi Sundowns ,the champions of the Premier Soccer League.

The sky is the limit indeed.
Teko Modise man of the match, scoring the best goal ever.
Mamelodi Sundowns broke the record yesterday by winning their second last match against supersport united in Pretoria, Loftus versveld stadium. Leaving the second team in PSL Kaizer Chiefs with nothing but to accept that Sundowns have taken the league already, 3 goals were scored by Surprise Moriri, followed by a very impressive goal from Teko “The navigator, The general” Modise, who was considered as the man of the match, lastly Malajila took it so easy, nice and simply with the third goal he managed to score.

“I thank Patrice Motsepe a lot ,for giving me a chance to prove what I’m capable of ,we were 11 point behind chiefs ,where everyone was convinced that Chiefs has already taken the league” said the Mamelodi sundowns coach Pitso Mosimene. Indicating the fact that he is surrounded by Legends only, so there was no way he was not going to manage to win the league PSL.

This weekend the team is going to play their last match of the league, winning or not .Sundowns is officially going to celebrate on Saturday by lifting the PSL cup for the 6th time. The number one team with many PSL cups in South Africa.

Bafana ba style on top of them all.

The man of the match Teko getting a thank you hug from Mphahle.

Bafana ba Style moved to the top spot of the premier soccer league table.

Another stellar performance from a rejuvenated Surprise Moriri proving to be the difference with the great combination he and Teko Modise always have. Sundowns pulled pressure to Kaizer chiefs after beating Bloemfontein Celtics last night at Loftus Versveld Stadium in Pretoria WITH 1 goal to 0. With chiefs losing the match they played against Mpumalanga Black Aces with 1 goal to 0.

The match had the entire ingredient if a swinging from end to end. Surprise Moriri grabbed the all-important goal when he headed a free kick cross from Teko “The general “ Modise straight to the net. Teko got everyone around Mzansi asking themselves why was he not considered to go play for the national squad for the next coming friendly matches “ I don’t want to play with players more than the age of 30 “ Gordon Igesund said. My question is isn’t players selected according to their performance to play for the national squad Bafana Bafana?

What happened to that? Irrespective to all that Sundowns is looking forward to book its space again this weekend for the last four in the Nedbank cup against Orlando Pirates.

3 points taken from Chiefs,

It was a battle of epic proportions

Teko Modise after scoring a goal that almost got Khune injured.
The winning continued last night when Mamelodi  sundowns took 3 points from the leading team  on the league (PSL)Kaizer Chiefs last night, this all happened in Soccer city stadium at exactly 20:00 when sundowns immediately started to apply more pressure as it promised last week. The game was so important to both teams as they are indeed fighting for position 1 with equal points now and only a goal difference is what in actual fact separating both teams.

Both teams were indeed in a battle field last night but sundowns managed to walk back to Pretoria with 1 goal to 0 against Chiefs, who else can it be if it wasn’t for the General Teko Modise who managed to score the goal that almost got Itumeleng Khune injured. “ This is how I managed to score, after Khama missing a touch that was going to be a goal I took it from there “ Teko said and adding up that they are going to play with the very same winning mentality that they have been having for the last past six games.

Mpahlele the man that was considered as the man of the match last night still looking to work hard in order to extend the winning strategy. “Whoever wins it need to seriously sweat for it” said the mamelodi sundown’s coach  P. Mosimane , who is more than proud to be winning his team. Well we all can’t wait to see how both teams play their next match, because none of these team is willing to lose.

…………….A proud Sundowns fan………………KaboYellow…………….we sang last night…………………….

Sunday, 30 March 2014

“We will sweat for it”, said the Mamelodi sundowns coach Pitso.

 We will sweat for it.
Sundowns won 5 games in a row by beating the University of Pretoria this afternoon with 2 goals to 1 at Loftus Versveld stadium in Pretoria. Bringing a very impressive challenge to the leading team Kaizer chiefs in the Premier soccer league (PSL). Well is just the matter of one  game that will decide who takes the PSL. Decision will be eventually taken after the match Kaizer chiefs still need to play on Wednesday and against sundowns on Saturday this week.

Man considered as the man of the match today Lebohang ‘ cheese-boy ’ Mokoena , said “we branding well as a team and that’s the most beautiful thing I like about my team ,we all have one ambition before we even consider to begin  the match ,that’s the reason why we keep on winning “ .It is clear that Pitso is really doing his job as the coach of the team ,As he now see the importance of including experienced players like Surprise Moriri and Teko Modise ,the first goal scorer Anthony Laffor.

“Breaking walls is what I did considering today’s match, I mean they brought 3 strikers as their substitution and all what I did is to bring 3 center backs to slow their attack and move mine a little bit forward and fast “said the Mamelodi sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane pointing the fact that they will sweat for it no matter what.

The mission is going to be accomplished very soon.

The battle is now seriously on, after the match played by Mamelodi sundowns the team that managed to win four games in a row. Following the leading team with 3 points.Big up to Mamelodi sundowns for being able to walk away with 3 points and scoring 3 goals to 1 against Platinum stairs in Mpumalanga ,Royal Bafokeng stadium. Well what does that tell you ? The game that will eventually decide which team is going to manage to take the league between sundowns and chiefs ,is when both team play against each other.

 Surprise-Moriri-131106-Celebrates-BPP250
Will Wayne Sandilands manage to play for the next match ? that to be confirmed on these last days of the week. Again the very same man that managed to be considered man of the match the previous match, still managed to be the man of the match today, Mzikayise Mashaba. 3 goals were scored by Moriri 21, Laffor 49 and a stunning one from Lebohang Mokoena, being the most flexible player in the field.

Finally even the Mamelodi sundowns coach now believe that chances are very high for Mamelodi sundowns to take the PSL “its so important for sundowns to keep on winning, this was the best game I've never experienced since I got here “ sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane added. The mission is going to be accomplished very soon.

Space booked for the last 8 of the Nedbank Cup by Downs.

"Given a chance, I simply use it " Anthony Laffor.
“ If we don’t get to the top of the Premier soccer league, sure enough the Nedbank cup is ours “ said the Mamelodi Sundown’s coach Pitso Mosimane after the team won last night math against the Zulu warriors,  beating Golden Arrows 4-1 in a last 16 round Nedbank Cup tie at King Goodwill Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday evening. One thing that you should know about sundowns is, the team doesn’t depend on anyone amongst its players, this is because the starting lineup is indeed forever changing at each and every single match and the team still manages to win.

For instance considering the match played last night  also looking at the players that scored , 38' Wome, 57' Mokoena, 63' Laffor, 90' Tau it’s not actually Pitso`s  first choice. Considering again the starting lineup he always used before injuries to players like Zungu, Mashego and Billiat.

Anthony Laffor was indeed the main man amongst them all, as he managed to be considered man of the match and walked with a price of R.5 000. Great performance again from Hlompho Kekane, assisted by the general Teko Modise. We must be all saying hot welcome back to Lebohang “ cheese-boy “ Mokoena the man is back and with much contribution to the teams progression.

…….Bafana ba style…….

The victory continues ,Applying pressure to Chiefs.

fans happy with Downs win at Charles Mopeli stadium.
The victory still continues, with The general Teko Modise suspended from the previous match to the match played today. Mamelodi sundowns still manage to win the match played today against Free-state stars at Charles Mopeli stadium. Team took back 3 points back to Pretoria by 2 goals to 1. Anthony Laffor scored the first and the second goal was scored by Wome who always uses his chance when given an opportunity to play. Laffor seemed injured in the last 10 minutes of the match, is his name going to be added to the injured players ? that will be confirmed in these last days of the week.

Sundowns is indeed putting the leading team in the PSL Kaizer chiefs on pressure, since it is only 3 points difference depending on tomorrow`s match that chiefs is playing, with Pitso`s words “we need to keep going, put more pressure and just one step ahead “this reveals that he is still hoping to get to the top and that’s if they keep on winning the remaining games and Kaizer chiefs losing hopefully. Who was the main man today? Mzikayise Mashaba was actually the main man as he managed to be considered man of the match. The combination of Moriri and Nyandoro still does it better for the team`s progress.

The sky is the Limit...........In Yellow we trust.

Good combination to be worried about.

The great combination to be worried about.
Who else can it be? If it wasn’t for “The general “Teko Modise that made the team to do follow up that the team remaining on top of the league Kaizer Chiefs maintained yesterday by beating Orlando pirates 1-0, if Evergreen veteran midfielder Surprise Moriri once again put in a solid performance that saw him voted man of the match for a consecutive match running but it was a 17th minute Teko Modise`s goal, which secured all 3 points at Loftus Stadium last night.

The team is still keeping the spirit up, since last week it has been only 6 points difference to the get to the top, With Bongani Zungu added to the list of injured players of the team joining Khama Billiat who last played the previous match against Orlando pirates.Mamelodi Sundown’s fans were not pleased with the fact that the coach pulled out “Cheese-boy” Mokoena after he played so well. This was revealed by the crowd shouting at our coach to give Mokoena a chance to play.

Boys with style made a very good gap between Wits that lost 3-1 last night. Clear enough Mamelodi sundowns will eventually get to the top or remain on the very same position which is the 2nd on the Premier soccer League
...............is the limit.........the sky...........

Sunday, 9 March 2014

Six points difference to the top.

The general Teko Modise.
Conclusive proof Yellow dominated against green today, what does that tell you?  Mamelodi Sundowns is still indeed fighting to make it to the top following the team on the top of the league Kaizer chiefs. Great performance is what the Boys in yellow and blue team was capable of today during the match against Amazulu in Kwazulu-Natal. The boys managed to score two goals, taking three points back to Pretoria. Goals scored by Moriri and the general Teko Modise who managed to be the man of the match.

The battle will indeed continue when the team plays Kaizer Chiefs the team that is currently on top of the Premier soccer league .In yellow we should remain trusting.

Missing key players, Khama Billiat

The missing of key players in the team is actually being a problem towards the performance of The all mighty boys. Khama Billiant is one of the key players that is indeed currently injured ,this causes the performance of his fellow friends in soccer such as Teko Modise to not pass the very same way he usually do with the aid provided by Ellias Pelembe moving forward with Khama and Bongani Zungu.
Khama Billiat...missed the previous important game.
Clear enough the team really need Khama in other to increase its chances of making it to the top of the league. Khama really have the ability to speed up the game when playing(adrenalin rush) As the core fan of the team I still have hope. We not letting this go as easy as that we have worked so hard to get where we are right now ,Prepare for the worst ,we still praying for the best.

Mngqithi adding value to Sundows

As the number  one fan of mamelodi sundowns ,clear enough by considering the progress that the team is making at the moment together with the unity it does have, I am saying all thanks to the team management for the rich decision that they took by bringing Manqoba Mngqithi who is now the assistant coach for Mamelodi sundowns.

At first after Mngqithi was appointed to come assist the coach of Mamelodi sundowns Pitso Mosimane, I personally thought that, it was not a very good idea because it has been always hard for a person who use to coach and end up being an assistant. But that was clearly wrong of me because they are connected just like twin brothers in soccer, as Pitso said "Mngqithi will add value" and it is indeed happening considering the progresss that the team is making.

Pitso and Mngqithi adding value to Downs.
Big-up for the all mighty boys for winning their first match of the Nedbank cup against Ajax Cape Town the previous,We expecting the unity to continue, by what ? winning the next big match against Orlando pirates on Tuesday the 25th which is tomorrow evening.

Zungu, Got the chance to show his talent.

Zungu the main man.

Bongani Zungu
The energy that the coach of Mamelodi sundowns football club demanded from Bongani Zungu right from the start, since arriving from the university of Pretoria. is finally shown. Zungu got the chance to be the man of the match from the previous match when the team was playing against Ajax Cape town. Clear enough he was the main man as the team managed to score three goals while there was high possibility for the team to score more.

The main question to be asked is. will the Mamelodi sundowns "ACE" Bongani manage to help his team to beat Ajax again on Friday the 28th for the Nedbank cup? thinking about the previous match Sundowns is again taking this one with his goal even, Better watch out for the 22 year old, Zungu the man.

...Is the Limit with no hesitation...I mean the SKY...
